Well said. Gods find it unpleasant to take birth in this mortal creation which is in fact a creation for the evolutionary progress. This progress is possible because of the psychic being. Gods find this world too small and curbing for their work. The Mother suggested Durga and Shiva to step into this evolutionary process but they were not inclined to do that. They have no psychic being to put them directly in contact with the Divine. They belong to the typal worlds. But instead of going into such metaphysics, let us remain, as far as possible, in the context of Savitri alone. RYD
